FAQ’s:
How does payment and delivery work?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the appointment. After the session is over, the remaining 50% balance is due and can be paid with a phone or card tap. Your retouched gallery will then be delivered within 3 business days.
How many pictures am I going to receive?
You’ll receive 3 retouched images, with additional formatted versions for your specific needs.
Can I choose which ones I will get?
Of course. At your shoot we will look at the images and we will note which ones you definitely want.
Can I have access to more than the 3 images?
Additional retouched images are available for $35 each.
Can you send me the raw files for me to edit myself?
That one I can’t really do - it’s a bit like going to a restaraunt and asking the waiter to bring the separate ingredients individually to the table. Editing is the second half in the process of making a great looking set of images.
What if I want my some of my pictures edited differently than they were delivered?
A revision on one image is included if requested. Additional retouching requests are $35 per image.
Ok - but are you easy to work with?
I’d like to think so! I strive to make people comfortable. If what you need are confident, presentable images for job sites/social profiles etc, we don’t need to make it super deep. We’ll work out the lighting, we’ll work a bit with your posture and expression and we’ll get it. On the other hand if you are going for something specific and want to explore moods/looks/ideas I’m totally up for that as well.
Speaking of looks, how many looks can I do within the hour?
At my location, I would suggest two to three. I have a small area where you can hang garments, but a rack full of clothes might be less manageable. Two to three looks can definitely work…you can vary your outfit, we can change the lighting or background to get some different options happening. If it’s at your location, you can do as many looks as the time allows for.
What if it goes over an hour and I would like to do more pictures?
Provided the schedule allows for it we can definitely do that. Addtional time will be billed at 40/half hour and 75/hr.
Can I bring a makeup artist with me?
Yes, you can bring a makeup artist or stylist with you, but please limit your entourage to just the one additional person. IMPORTANT: If you are bringing a stylist/makeup artist, I will need details (name, social links) prior to the shoot.
What if I need to cancel the shoot?
Sessions at my Flatbush studio or your indoor location require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
Outdoor sessions are different because of weather. If rain or severe weather is forecast, you may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the session.
